We collect only the information you choose to send us: your name, organization, work email, phone number, and the details of a requirement, solicitation, or capability statement request. We do not sell information and we do not use tracking for advertising purposes.
How we use information
Submitted information is used to prepare quotes, respond to solicitations, source products from authorized suppliers, arrange delivery, and maintain order records required for federal contract administration.
Sharing with suppliers and carriers
To fulfill an order we may share the minimum necessary information — such as delivery address, quantities, and packaging or marking requirements — with manufacturers, authorized distributors, and carriers performing the shipment.
Retention and recordkeeping
Quote and order records are retained as long as needed to support the transaction, warranty and returns activity, and applicable federal contract recordkeeping requirements.
Security
We limit access to submitted information to personnel who need it to quote or fulfill an order, and we apply reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect it.
